On 6/4/09 Disappointed Customer said... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE KITCHEN FACTORY IN CLAYMONT/WILMINGTON, DELAWARE unless you want the run-around, convoluted responses and ignored phone calls and emails. Their verbal communications with me were often dishonest and their customer service terrible. Quick to take my money and late to place my order for cabinets. Owner of company hides behind office worker who can't give a straight answer. I asked several times but couldn't get them to send me a detailed price list for my order. They finally faxed me an EXERPT from the contract with the new total hand-written and a list of materials. Fortunately I discovered several errors and changes that weren't made (from the design meeting) that should have reduced my final price by over five hundred of dollars but they're only taking off less than half of that. Now they're trying to charge me even more than their final quoted price. I still don't have my cabinets though my check was cashed over four (4) months ago! Confirmed with cabinet manufacturer the delay was not on their end and only got a delivery date after the manufacturer got involved.
